Souvla is a business growing rapidly and the company needed a way to ensure standards and consistency were being maintained across all locations. The team, including the Culinary Operations Manager, Ross Wunderlich adopted Phenium to take care of the ‘maintenance’ aspect of food safety.

Souvla installed sensors across all equipment across all kitchens – currently six – all in the San Francisco Bay area. Now they are able to manage all their food safety needs via Phenium’s simple app. It also means team members can stay on top of equipment and monitoring in the kitchens.
